About this role
We are still looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at a small assistance cooperative where you contribute every day to giving other people a good life. We seek individuals with commitment, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. We want you to be eager to learn and develop. You should be able to show empathy and provide good care. You should see the person behind the functional variation. In short, we are looking for decent people for a fantastic job with our care recipients.
Currently, we are recruiting substitutes for several of our care recipients/members in Höganäs, Örkelljunga, and Bjuv. If you enjoy the work and we enjoy having you, there may be an opportunity for a "permanent" position.
We match your skills with the needs of the care recipient and can offer a high level of job satisfaction and good employment conditions. Our strengths are fair salaries, friendly colleagues, and a genuinely good approach to care.

WHO ARE YOU?
You are a confident person who enjoys working independently in the care recipients' homes. You should be self-sufficient, proactive, and a good listener. You are adaptable, flexible, and able to set boundaries. A pleasant demeanor, service orientation, and a positive outlook on life are important in our work.
It is desirable to have experience working with care recipients with various functional variations, such as physical and intellectual disabilities, MS, and autism, to name a few. We prefer candidates with relevant training for the work you will perform, but personal suitability is just as important as education or experience.
It is also beneficial if you have various interests, such as sports, music, art, or cooking. You enjoy being outdoors and are an active person.
You must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Being smoke-free is preferred.
We welcome both women and men and promote diversity in our operations!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as a personal assistant, your work will consist of daily tasks such as supporting the user in their daily living, assisting in care situations, cleaning, cooking, shopping, going on outings, attending medical appointments, helping with rehabilitation training and physiotherapy, accompanying to the gym, daily activities, or various other activities. The specifics will vary depending on where you will be working.
It is an advantage if you live in the vicinity of where you will work to be readily available. A driver's license is a plus but not necessary for all care recipients.
We use the digital operational system Aiai, where we schedule, report hours, and maintain social documentation in a personal file. Therefore, familiarity with computers is important.
