For a newly established assistance service, we are now seeking personal assistants with documented care experience.
We are looking for assistants for assignments in Kinna. At the client's request, we prefer female applicants.
It is important to us that you connect well with the client you will be working with. Interviews and visits with the client will take place before a probationary employment is applied. For this assignment, it is essential that you, as an assistant, are empathetic and respect the client's privacy.
As an assistant, you will have plenty of opportunities for laughter, but you must also be prepared to make independent decisions. You have the ability to sense situations and, if necessary, take a step back.
The client is a young woman living in her own apartment. Assistance is provided in the form of double assistance around the clock, which means being awake at night as well. The client uses a wheelchair for mobility and has both hearing and visual impairments.
We are now seeking assistants for larger service hours as well as hourly substitutes.
We are looking for skills and knowledge in tube feeding, tracheostomy care, suctioning, cough assist machines, and the ability to communicate via text. This is highly meritorious but not necessarily a requirement.
The client communicates in Swedish, so proficiency in the language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

A police background check is always requested before employment.
