ABOUT THE POSITION Inre Kraft is currently seeking six personal assistants for our client in central Luleå. The following positions are available: - Position 1: 53%, weekdays + weekends. - Position 2: 86%, Monday to Friday. - Position 3: 20%, Saturday + Sunday. This position can be split if desired, meaning you could have approximately 10% and be scheduled every other weekend on Saturday + Sunday. In addition to these roles, we are also looking for two substitute assistants who can cover for regular staff during absences. Working Hours: - Weekdays from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM - Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Sundays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM The position starts on January 1, 2026, with an introduction in December. ABOUT THE CLIENT The client is a man in his 50s who enjoys both quiet days at home watching a good movie or series and working out at the gym, an interest he likes to share with his assistant. Due to achondroplasia, he requires support in his daily life. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assistance with daily routines such as household tasks and cooking - Support with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing - Assistance with transfers and physical support - Communication support ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? We are seeking someone who is attentive and has a good sense of when to take initiative and when to allow for space. You should be patient, driven, and meticulous in your work. Since the client is sensitive to scents such as detergent, perfumes, and similar, it is essential that you take this into consideration. Personal suitability will be highly prioritized.
