About the position
This position is a need-based employment with a strong possibility of permanent employment. The work shifts are primarily scheduled on weekends during the day from 07:00 to 16:00 and in the evening from 16:00 to 00:00, with opportunities to work weekdays during sick leave.
About the client
I am a cheerful 44-year-old woman with a keen interest in baking, shooting sports, and I enjoy listening to podcasts. I consider myself an animal lover and have guinea pigs. I am an active person and enjoy attending lectures, performances, and going out for coffee!
About you
Experience in care and support work is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Verbal communication is particularly important for this client, so it is a requirement that you have good language skills.
You are humble, attentive, and responsible. The assistance assignment is significant, requiring you to be empathetic, understand the needs of others, and seek solutions in consultation with the client. We value your ability to provide support and motivate.
