About the Position
A lovely family in Nacka needs more assistants! There is an opportunity to work 50%, 70%, or as an hourly substitute as needed. You will work with a woman in her 40s with ALS who lives with her husband and two children in a wonderful terraced house with a pool in Saltsjö-Boo, Nacka.
Saltsjö-Boo has excellent public transportation - from Slussen, you can get there in just 20 minutes.
Work hours are scheduled as follows:
• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (double assistance)
• 4:00 PM-11:00 PM (single assistance)
• 9:00 PM-8:00 AM (awake night, some double assistance may occur)
We are looking for someone who can work varied hours. We prefer candidates who can work day and/or evening shifts.
Work tasks include:
• Helping with daily routines and household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
• Manual transfers
• Handling assistive devices such as ventilators, cough assist machines, suction devices, and ceiling lifts

We seek someone who is attentive, responsible, solution-oriented, and engaged. You are a calm, empathetic person who can easily understand others' life situations. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Additionally, the client wishes for female assistants.
We are looking for someone who sees this as a long-term position.
Requirements:
• Non-smoker
• Fluent Swedish
Merits:
• Knowledge of transfer techniques
• Care experience
• Experience with ALS
Employment Scope: Varying employment levels, approximately 3 at 70%, 4 at 50%, and hourly substitutes as needed.
Start Date: Immediate or by agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual wage setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreement.
