We are now looking for a new colleague with a strong work ethic to assist a 23-year-old man. We seek someone who is committed to developing a long-term relationship with the client.
The young man enjoys music, walks, and reading books, and you should appreciate these activities as well. You should have a childlike spirit but not be childish.
The client appreciates assistants who are willing to be themselves and who he can laugh, sing, and have fun with. We are looking for positive, cheerful individuals!

The recruitment primarily concerns positions with approximately 80% working hours, and we are also looking for substitute staff.
With us, you will work in the home of a young man with an ultra-rare syndrome. Autism is part of the syndrome, along with severe visual impairment, which means we are looking for someone who can work in a structured manner and has a deep understanding of communication and preparation for all moments throughout the day. You should be quick-thinking and creative.
The shifts vary between day/evening and weekends, and a significant part of the day involves double assistance. You should be able to work both. Since a large portion of the day consists of double assistance, you will have substantial support from a colleague when you start.
The most important aspect is not what you have done in your previous work life, but that you possess the right personal qualities and are eager to learn new things!
It is essential that the chemistry is right with both the client and their family, and that you are willing to take responsibility for the important work that being a personal assistant entails.
You are expected to be as flexible as possible by being able to cover extra shifts in the absence of others. Security is paramount for the client.
In your application, you should indicate your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to demonstrate that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be eligible for employment at Särnmark.
