Personal Assistants for Dual Support in Kalmar and Öland

About the Role

We are looking for substitutes who want to work with providing assistance to several of our clients. Similar to home care services, you will travel to clients' homes to provide support during shared staffing. Throughout a working day, multiple interventions are made for each client, interspersed with a few breaks, such as for lunch. The clients reside in Kalmar and on Öland and require assistance at all hours of the day and night. We are seeking substitutes for both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to clients in their homes during shared staffing.
• Conduct multiple interventions for each client throughout the day.
• Manage breaks, including lunch breaks, between interventions.
• Travel to clients’ homes located in Kalmar and on Öland.

Requirements

Your background and personal qualities:

• Previous experience working as a personal assistant and/or in home care is preferred.
• Enjoy working with people and possess empathetic skills.
• Accustomed to working independently with the ability to take initiative and show creativity.
• Self-assured with inner calm and considerable patience to interpret and respond to client signals.
• Strong personal suitability is highly valued.
• Good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• No pet allergies, as there are pets in some of the homes.
• A valid driver’s license for a manual transmission car is required.
