About this role
We are looking for substitutes who want to work with providing assistance to several of our clients. Similar to home care services, you will travel to clients' homes to provide support during shared staffing. Throughout a working day, multiple interventions are made for each client, interspersed with a few breaks, such as for lunch. The clients reside in Kalmar and on Öland and require assistance at all hours of the day and night. We are seeking substitutes for both day and night shifts.
Your background and personal qualities:
We prefer that you have previous experience working as a personal assistant and/or in home care. You enjoy working with people and possess empathetic skills. You are accustomed to working independently, making it important to be able to take initiative and have some creativity. You need to be self-assured, have an inner calm, and demonstrate considerable patience to interpret and respond to the client's signs and signals. Personal suitability is highly valued.
It is important that you have good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You must not have any pet allergies, as there are pets in some of the homes. A valid driver’s license for a manual transmission car is a requirement, as you will be driving between interventions.
