About the Position -
We are currently seeking part-time personal assistants who can work approximately 70% and be available for additional shifts as needed.
Work hours are as follows:
• 08:00 - 16:00, 16:00 - 22:00 (Mon-Sun)
• 22:00 - 08:00 (night shift, awake)
About the Client -
I am a 60-year-old man living in a villa in Gessie outside Vellinge with my wife. I use a wheelchair and need help with most things, but I will communicate my wishes to you. As there are various transfers involved, it would be beneficial if you are capable of handling these. I have a tracheostomy, which is an advantage if you have previous experience, but you will receive training and education.
I love watching sports, with football being particularly close to my heart. You will spend a lot of time in my home, where I feel most comfortable. It's important that we have good chemistry and that you understand what personal assistance entails, given my extensive care needs. If you enjoy sports and have experience in assistance, I look forward to hearing from you!
About You -
The ideal candidate should be attentive, have strong social skills, and be quick to laugh. You are also a meticulous, responsible, flexible, and empathetic person who will support the client in daily life. The work involves everything from personal hygiene and dressing to helping with leisure activities. You should be calm and confident.
Requirements:
• Non-smoker
• No pet allergies
• Experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare and social care
Preferred Qualifications:
• Driver's license and access to a car (public transportation is possible, but having a car is advantageous)
