Personal Assistants Needed for a Happy and Active Boy!

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful and active 17-year-old boy. He enjoys meeting new people, playing with balls (soccer, basketball, etc.), and spending time with animals. He is orderly and likes to help at home. Due to epilepsy, the client requires someone close by during all waking hours. As a personal assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring his safety and well-being in daily life. We are seeking staff for two positions. Position 1: Working hours Monday to Friday from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, which corresponds to approximately 38% of a full-time position. Position 2: Working hours every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, approximately 30% of a full-time position. This is a completely new assignment, as the client has recently been approved for personal assistance. Therefore, we are looking for staff to join a new team that will start together. We are looking for someone who: • Is calm, attentive, and confident • Has the ability to act quickly and responsibly should something happen • Ideally has experience with epilepsy or work in care/support (preferable but not required) • Enjoys working in a role where you can make a real difference As an assistant, you will be part of a team working to create safety, involvement, and joy in the client's daily life. The position involves assisting a child under the age of 18, which means you need to be able to present a clean criminal record.
