Female Assistants Wanted
Our client has substantial care needs and therefore requires assistance around the clock with double assistance for 15 hours per day. He has a tracheostomy, uses a ventilator, and moves around with the help of a wheelchair.
To thrive in this role, you need to have experience working as a personal assistant, possess a cheerful demeanor, and understand that it is the client who determines their day and how they wish to live in their home.
You must not be afraid of or uncomfortable around dogs, as there are two small dogs in the household.
The working shifts are 12 hours long, and currently, there are only day shifts available.
Positions are available at 75% and 90% of full-time.
Assistive devices are available in the home. Training on tracheostomy and ventilator use will be provided on-site as well as through a training session at the lung clinic in Lund.

Further information will be provided during the interview. Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish is required.
Previous experience in healthcare is necessary.
