ABOUT THE POSITION
At Inre Kraft, we are seeking a personal assistant for our client in Luleå. We are currently looking for 2 part-time hourly employees. If you and the client get along well, there is potential for a permanent full-time position! We prefer candidates with relatively high availability.
Work hours are as follows:
• 2:40 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays
• 10:45 AM - 6:30 PM on weekends
• 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends
• Night work may occur, but is not regular
Start date is by agreement, with immediate introduction preferred.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a man in his 20s. Our client needs your assistance in his daily life as he has autism.
Job responsibilities include:
• Support with daily routines, including household tasks
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
• Helping him understand his environment
ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We seek someone passionate about working with people and capable of analyzing individual needs. You should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer calm individuals, as personal suitability is highly important.
You should be good at reading people and situations, and previous experience with preventative measures and long-term strategies is considered an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Salary: We apply individual wage setting. Additional compensation in accordance with collective agreement.
