Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance due to needing help with one or more fundamental needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the customer's needs. You will safeguard the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to ensuring their daily life runs smoothly.
About the Position
The role of personal assistant demands a high ability to create good relationships. We are therefore seeking someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.
We are currently looking for someone who matches the following:
• Willing to work with a 32-year-old man located in Lindesberg
• Has good Swedish language skills
It is also meritorious if you:
• Have experience with similar work
• Have a B driver's license
• Share the customer's interests (Football)
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary:
We are currently seeking personal assistants who want to work as hourly substitutes. The position involves work during daytime, evening, or night shifts.
Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation as per collective bargaining agreement.
Commencement
Immediately or by arrangement.
Employment at Humana
A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid ID and any documents confirming your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
