About the Position
We at Bonzi are currently looking for 2 new colleagues who want to work part-time as personal assistants for our female client in Norrtälje.
The client is seeking only female assistants.
We are also looking for those who want to work as substitute assistants when needed, during the regular assistant's absence due to vacation or illness. As a substitute assistant, you need to be flexible and able to work on short notice with varying hours on weekdays and weekends.
Work Tasks:
• Support with daily routines and household chores
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Practical support at home and in everyday activities
The positions involve varying hours on weekdays and weekends:
• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• 11:00 AM - 8:10 PM
• 8:00 PM - 8:40 AM (Overnight shift)
• Double staffing occurs between 11:00 AM - 8:10 PM
About the Client
The client is a woman in her 40s living with her family and dog in Norrtälje.

We believe you are someone who enjoys working with people and can put others' needs at the center.
As a person, you are empathetic, social, attentive, and reliable. You can easily follow instructions but are also proactive and can see what needs to be done.
The client particularly appreciates a secure, calm, and stable personality in their assistants. Personal chemistry between you and the client will be crucial and could be the most important factor in the final selection.
Meritorious Experience:
• Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support services
Requirements:
• Vaccinated against Covid-19
• Not allergic to fur animals (dog present in the home)
• Non-smoker
• Driver's license
Scope: 1 position at 75%, 1 position at 50%, 1 position as substitute when needed
Start Date: Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and positions can be filled before the application deadline
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreement
Important Considerations for Your Application:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you can present a valid ID and submit a personal certificate and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
To work as a personal assistant, companion, or reliever, you must be at least 18 years old.
Many of our clients wish to see a criminal record check for potential employment.
