Personal Assistants Needed for 5-Year-Old Boy

We are currently seeking 2 assistants for a 5-year-old boy living a short distance outside of Arvika. The positions are 75% with working hours distributed across all hours of the day. Working as an assistant involves providing support with daily care, medical interventions, and assistance during play and activities. Your workplace will be wherever the child/client is located, which may include their home, school/preschool, or various leisure activities. Working in another person's home places significant demands on you as an assistant, and when it comes to children, there is also a family to consider. Working with children can be challenging but also immensely rewarding. You will be involved in both successes and setbacks, laughter and tears, highs and lows; you will encounter all aspects of life through your workplace. We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and calm. Your role in his daily life will be to communicate, act as his arms and legs, assist during meal times, and provide him with opportunities to participate in family life and the community. It is advantageous if you have any healthcare education, are skilled in communication, and have experience with disabilities. Requirements: - Must provide a criminal record extract - Must have a driver's license - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Please note!
