ABOUT THE POSITION
At Kura Omsorg, we are seeking someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for one of our clients in Lidköping. The position starts as a temporary role, with good opportunities to transition to a permanent part-time or full-time position. Start date is negotiable, and we would like you to begin the introduction as soon as possible.
Working hours are scheduled as follows:
• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• 03:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• 09:00 PM - 07:00 AM (awake night)
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is an active girl in her 20s living in Lidköping. She has tuberous sclerosis, which means she experiences severe epilepsy, autism, and intellectual disabilities. She is quite independent but requires support in several daily activities. She can move around on her own but needs a reliable and present assistant to be there when needed. Your role will be to provide her with support in everyday life—both practically and socially, as her mental development level corresponds to that of a 1.5–2-year-old. Additionally, she enjoys baking, having coffee, going to playgrounds, visiting swimming pools, and dining out—therefore, we are looking for someone who is happy to join in on activities and help create a meaningful and enjoyable daily routine.

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Must be a competent swimmer and tolerant of chlorine
PREFERENCES
• Experience in care work
Employment type: Temporary position with the possibility of full-time work
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
