By choosing SAAND Assistans, you choose a job where you can make a real difference every day. You will be working with a woman in her prime who has MS. This woman lives near Gröndal. It is important that you, as an applicant, have a genuine interest in the role of a personal assistant and an understanding of what the profession truly entails, with the customer at the center.
This woman needs assistance with basic needs such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as her daily activities. She enjoys cooking and taking walks with her dog, so it is essential that you are not afraid of dogs or allergic to them. We prefer that you are completely smoke-free, as this woman is sensitive to smoke odors.

As a person, you should be responsible, calm, and prioritize your job by arriving on time. Of course, you can get sick like anyone else, but you should not be someone who frequently misses scheduled work.
EMPLOYMENT DEGREE AND WORKING HOURS:
2 Full-time positions, as well as substitutes as needed.
Working hours include days, evenings, sleeping on-call, and weekends.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
Fixed base salary per hour + additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
Permanent employment with fair conditions. Naturally, you will receive an introduction and have the opportunity to get a feel for the job before you start working.
Being employed at SAAND Assistans means security through a collective agreement, competitive salary, pension, and insurance coverage.
Health and wellness allowance of up to 3000 SEK.
