ABOUT THE POSITIONS
At Inre Kraft, we are seeking individuals who want to work as personal assistants for our client in Bastuträsk.
Bastuträsk: We are looking for someone for a permanent full-time position (75-100%) as well as hourly substitutes. For this client, the working hours are varied and require double staffing around the clock. The shifts are scheduled on weekdays and weekends from 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00 (awake night), and 15:00-07:00 (journal night).
The client is a man in his 30s with a strong interest in motorsports who enjoys watching movies and motorsport events. He needs your assistance in his daily life as he has Duchenne muscular dystrophy and a tracheostomy. Previous care experience is advantageous, as well as experience with tracheostomy, ventilators, cough machines, suction devices, and feeding tubes.
Start date is to be agreed upon, and we would prefer if you can begin the introduction immediately.

REQUIREMENTS
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language—both spoken and written
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Education in healthcare and social care
• Experience with tracheostomy or similar
• Experience with autism
Employment rate: 100% + hourly substitutes as needed
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
