Personal Care Assistants

We are looking for individuals who want to work in the personal assistance unit! We are approximately 55 employees and work in the homes of individual clients. We provide personal assistance to all client groups and support individuals of all ages. Your Role You will assist and support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This means that as a personal assistant, you will provide support with communication, household tasks, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. We work in teams based on implementation plans and support clients in various areas of life. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Knowledge and Experience We are looking for candidates who have: - Preferably education from a care program, child and leisure program, or equivalent training assessed by the employer. Educational background in pedagogy and experience with individuals requiring special support are advantageous. - A goal-oriented approach for both the individual and the organization as a whole. Personal suitability is highly valued. - A valid B driver's license. - Proficiency in using computers. - Access to BankID. You will need to provide a police clearance certificate. Type of certificate: "Check of your own information in the criminal record" https://polisen.se/tjanster-tillstand/belastningsregistret/kontrollera-dina-uppgifter-i-belastningsregistret/ You will also need to present a passport/valid ID card. A driver's license can be shown along with a personal certificate obtained from skatteverket.se using BankID; this can be done during a scheduled interview.
