About the Position
We at Bonzi are now looking for 2 new colleagues who want to work part-time, approximately 40%, as a personal assistant to our child client who lives in Älvsjö with their family.
Work Tasks:
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Play
• Accompany on activities
Shift Schedule:
• 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM Weekdays (sleeping on-call, 6.5 hours waiting time)
• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Weekends
• 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Weekends (sleeping on-call, 6.5 hours waiting time)
About the Client:
The boy is around 10 years old and needs assistance in his daily life due to visual and hearing impairment and an intellectual disability. He enjoys swimming, visiting playgrounds, and playing outside.
Are You the One We're Looking For:
You are a person with great responsibility and understanding of children with functional variations. To ensure the boy's comfort, you need to be a positive, warm, secure, and perceptive person with extensive patience. We prefer an imaginative and active person who enjoys doing activities together with the boy. You should be able to read situations and anticipate needs.
Merits Include:
• Professional experience working with children with functional variations
• Experience with alternative communication (TAKK)
• Experience with sign language support
• Experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare and social services
Requirements:
• Ability to swim and tolerate chlorine
• Non-smoker (during work shifts)
Scope: 2 part-time positions at 40%
Start Date: Interviews conducted ongoing and position may be filled before the application deadline
Salary: Individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreement
