Care Administration is seeking a Personal Assistant for a care recipient in Tanum Municipality.
Full-time position at 100 percent. Work hours are scheduled around the clock, all days of the week, with start in November or by agreement.
Job Duties
Tasks involve assisting the care recipient with all aspects of daily life, including personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility, cooking, household chores, and accompanying them to activities.
You will be one of four personal assistants. You must be able to work independently. Colleagues will be met during shift changes, workplace meetings, and training initiatives.
Qualifications
We are seeking an assistant who:
* Has completed the care program or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
* Has experience in the same or similar role
* Is attentive, committed, and flexible
* Has excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
* Has good computer skills
Computer skills are required as documentation is done through the Treserva IT system. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
