Itrim's concept for sustainable weight loss is leading and is based on behavior change for a healthier lifestyle. The method is research-based and scientifically proven. The focus is on diet, exercise, and recovery. The key to success is personal support as well as quick and measurable results. A study shows that members, on average, lose 10.9 kg and reduce their waist circumference by 11.8 cm during the first weeks, a result that also persists a year later.
Itrim started in 2003 and has a combination of franchise and wholly-owned centers. The chain has recently invested in smart training machines from EGYM and scales from InBody. All data and member development are stored in a cloud-based app where it is easily accessible for members and staff. Itrim offers a wide range of its own products, including meal replacements, smoothies, bars, and protein-enriched products like oatmeal and pancakes. The teams consist of health coaches and personal trainers with genuine commitment and a focus on the member's best interests.
