Personal Assistants Needed for Woman in Upplands Väsby (On-Call/As Needed)

About the Position We at Olivia are currently seeking two personal assistants who are willing to work on-call for our female client in Upplands Väsby. To be considered for this position, you must be flexible and able to work on short notice during regular assistants' absences, such as during vacations or sick leave. Working hours are as follows, both weekdays and weekends: • 07:00-17:00 on weekdays • 09:00-19:00 on weekends Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer you to begin training immediately. About the Client Our client is a woman in her 60s who enjoys visiting shops, having coffee, and going for walks. She needs assistance in her daily life following a stroke. The client has an adapted vehicle that assistants will drive. Aids in the home include an electric wheelchair, shower chair, and manual wheelchair. Work Tasks Include: • Helping with daily routines and household chores • Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and training • Helping with mobility (lifting, manual wheelchair, and shower chair available) • Accompanying on activities Are You the Candidate We're Seeking? We are looking for someone who is calm, attentive, initiative-taking, solution-focused, and engaged, as personal suitability is of great importance. The client specifically requests female applicants. REQUIREMENTS: • Driver's license (B-license) • Non-smoker • Fluent Swedish in speech and comprehension To be hired, you need a BankID. Many of our clients also wish to see a criminal record check upon potential employment.
