We are seeking temporary staff who want to work by providing support to several of our customers. Similar to home care services, you will drive to customers to assist with double staffing. During a workday, multiple support tasks are performed for each customer, with breaks in between for lunch, etc. Customers are located in Kalmar and Öland and require support around the clock.
We are looking for temporary staff for both day and night shifts.
Your background and personal qualities:
We prefer candidates with previous experience working as a personal assistant and/or in home care. You enjoy working with people and have empathetic abilities. You are accustomed to working independently. It is therefore important to be able to take initiative and have some imagination. You need to be self-confident, have inner calm, and considerable patience to interpret and read the customer's signs and signals. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
It is important that you have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
You must not have any fur allergies as pets are present in some homes.
A manual transmission driver's license is required as you will drive between support tasks.
