About the position: We at Bonzi are seeking a dedicated and caring personal assistant for our client who lives in Tyresö with their family. You will play an important role in the client's daily life, contributing to their sense of security as an assistant. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute on an as-needed basis—perfect for those seeking extra work. As a substitute, you will step in and work when regular assistants are absent, for example, during vacations or illness. The client's relatives prefer male applicants.
The part-time position involves working hours scheduled as follows:
• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Weekdays
• 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Weekends
About the client: The client is an active teenage boy with a lot of energy. As an assistant, you will engage in fun activities together after school, such as swimming at the pool, having coffee, or going for walks. He also needs assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and during meals.
Are you the one we are looking for? We believe that you, as an applicant for this position, enjoy working with people and can attend to the needs of others. You are empathetic, socially aware, proactive, patient, and able to remain calm. You can easily read situations and stay one step ahead.
It is advantageous if you have:
• Previous experience with LAB (low-arousal approach)
• Knowledge of Autism/intellectual disabilities
• Professional experience as a personal assistant or companion
Requirements:
• Non-smoker
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Not allergic to pets, as there are rabbits in the home
• Able to swim and tolerate chlorine
To be employed, you need to have a Bank-ID. For this position, it is also required that you order a criminal record check to present upon potential employment. Scope: 1 position as a substitute on an as-needed basis, with the potential for a permanent position in the long term.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
