About the position
At Bonzi, we are seeking new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants on an as-needed basis for our female client in Farsta. Night shifts may occur. Additionally, our client only accepts female applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily routines such as household chores
- Help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as during meals
- Lifting may be required during transfers, so you need to be physically strong
- Accompany the client during activities
The position involves working hours scheduled as follows:
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM on weekdays
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on weekends
- 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM waking night shifts with a waiting time of 5 hours on weekdays and weekends.
About the client
The client is a woman in her 30s who is studying at university. She requires your assistance as an aide in her daily life due to a physical disability.
Are you the one we are looking for?
You are solution-oriented, proactive, responsible, and possess a keen sense of intuition with a strong work ethic. The work varies in pace depending on the client's assistance needs and daily life, so it is vital that you are attentive to the client's requirements. Our client is fully verbal and communicates what needs to be done, but you still need to be able to read situations and take the initiative while being comfortable in a more supportive role.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is not required; the most important thing is a good personal chemistry, and you will learn the rest as long as you have the interest.
It is beneficial if you have: Professional experience as a personal assistant.
Requirements:
- Non-smoker
- Flexible with varying working hours
- Willing to work night shifts with waking on-call (waiting times may occur)
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Physically strong as manual transfers may occur
Extent: 1 substitute as needed, potentially leading to a permanent position.
Start: Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
