Mörbylånga Municipality is located in the southern part of Öland and consists of approximately 1,200 dedicated and competent employees who are driven by making a difference in our community. **JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Responsibilities**
Through your work, you will ensure that individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to live and reside independently. Your role involves assisting with the planning, execution, and follow-up of:
• Personal hygiene
• Dressing and undressing
• Meals
• Communication
• Shopping and running errands
• Household chores
• Managing health and visiting healthcare facilities
• Conducting training
Working hours are weekdays between 8 AM and 3 PM.

We are looking for someone who is seeking a responsible and flexible job where you are truly needed and can make a difference for each individual!
You must be at least 18 years old and have a genuine interest in working with people. Previous work experience in the field is an advantage.
You should have good initiative and self-confidence, and feel secure in making quick decisions in the situations you encounter. A positive attitude towards change and viewing it as a constructive opportunity for growth is essential. We require a lack of pretentiousness and good collaboration skills with colleagues, rehabilitation staff, nurses, managers, etc., to ensure that your overall mission functions well.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
A B driver's license is desirable.
