I have 5 assistants during the day with always double staffing. Several of my assistants have worked with me for many years and have high competence. The opportunity to receive excellent training and support is significant. There is a very good atmosphere in the group, so it would be beneficial if you can easily adapt to new colleagues and work tasks.
I live in a villa in Trosa, and assistants have their own living room/break room/kitchen, etc. All available assistance tools are provided.
Since transportation to Trosa can be challenging during weekends, we require you to have access to a personal car and a driver's license. It is an advantage if you live in the local area. I also have my own car that we frequently use.
Swedish language skills in both speech and writing are a prerequisite for the position.
It is a significant advantage if you have previously worked in similar roles. Working hours: Shifts are distributed on a rotating 6-week schedule from 08-20, 08-22 every day, including weekends. This provides you with long periods of time off between shifts. The scope is 30-38 hours/week.
