Personal Assistant Position in Hudiksvall - 80% Employment
I am a man in my 30s living in my own apartment in central Hudiksvall seeking an additional personal assistant for approximately 80% employment.
Due to my disability, I am looking for a personal assistant who can help me with all aspects of daily life, including cooking, laundry, cleaning, personal hygiene, as well as accompanying me to daily activities and various events. I want you to be social and pleasant, enjoy music, and be able to work well together since we will spend entire days in each other's company. You should be able to take initiative for activities that make my days meaningful. Speaking and reading Swedish is important as you will help me communicate and will need to read and write in the role.
You should have good physical fitness as you will assist me with mobility and exercise. There are lifts in the home, and I use a power wheelchair outdoors.
You will undergo introduction training with regular staff as soon as possible. Mutual compatibility and experience in home management are fundamental to working in this position. The schedule includes mixed day and evening/night shifts with on-call hours during the night when you'll assist me as needed. Pet presence is possible.
Introduction training during November/December, interviews conducted on an ongoing basis.

A-Assistans Leimir AB is a private company providing personal assistance to eligible individuals nationwide. We have approximately 600 personal assistants employed. Our offices are located in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Östersund, and Umeå. Our goal is to enable our customers to live as independently as possible. We have a collective agreement with Kommunal. Vacation, overtime compensation, and other wage supplements will be added according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness benefit of 2,000 SEK per year and provide coffee at work.
