**About the Position**
We at Olivia are seeking someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our client in Åryd (Växjö). As a substitute, you will work during the absence of regular assistants due to vacation or illness. To be considered for this position, you must be able to work flexible hours, both weekdays and weekends.
Requirements for this position include having a manual driver's license and access to your own car. The working hours are scheduled as follows:
- 08:00 - 22:00
- 22:00 - 08:00 (awake night shifts)
Start date will be agreed upon, and we would like you to begin training immediately.
**About the Client**
The client is an active 33-year-old woman with interests in music and film. She has a complete spinal cord injury and is also hearing impaired. Various aids are available at home, such as a lift and a breathing machine.
**Job Responsibilities Include:**
- Support with daily routines and household chores
- Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Social interaction
- Practical support in everyday activities

We believe that you, as an applicant for this position, are a person with personal maturity who enjoys working with people and can prioritize others' needs. You are empathetic, socially perceptive, solution-focused, proactive, and reliable. You have a good sense of situations and can read them well. The personal chemistry between you and the client is crucial and may be the most important factor in the final selection.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Non-smoker
- Not allergic to pets, as a dog may visit the home
- Manual driver's license to drive the client's car
- Physically strong, as manual transfers and lifting are involved
**Employment Level:** 1 substitute as needed
**Start Date:** Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
**Salary:** We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
