About the Client: I am a 34-year-old woman living in Upplands Väsby, and I am now seeking someone to work as my personal assistant as needed. You will be an important part of supporting me in my daily life – both at home and during activities. I live in my own apartment and have my own car, which will be driven by my assistants. Who are you applying? You are a calm, attentive, and caring woman with a gentle and positive demeanor. Previous experience in assistance or care is a significant advantage, but your personal suitability is the most important factor! The job is perfect if you are studying, want to combine it with another job, or are looking for a meaningful part-time position where you make a difference every day. For me, it is important that you: • Are a non-smoker. • Can tolerate pets (my parents visit and have a dog). • Have a B driver's license and feel confident driving my car for work. • Have basic knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). • Are flexible and can step in on short notice. Job Responsibilities: You will assist me with: • Personal hygiene and care. • Dressing and undressing. • Transfers (including using a hoist). • Household chores and cooking. • Exercise and social activities. • Support during showering and toilet visits. • Travel and outings. Scope & Work Arrangement: • Start Date: Immediately. • Contract: Hourly employment as needed. • Working Hours: 24-hour shifts (including on-call overnight). What do we offer you? Recruitment Process & Employment Conditions Recruitment Process: We will continuously contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview. The position will be filled once we have found the right person, which may occur before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV assistance, together with the client, as well as any family members, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a criminal record check is always required.
