About this role
At our company, you will be an important part of a team where everyone strives toward the same goal. You will find a workplace where you are seen, appreciated, and where your contributions are significant.
About the position:
We are seeking a female personal assistant for a cheerful and social 30-year-old woman who has recently moved into her own apartment in Märsta. In connection with her move, she is expanding her support team and looking for more assistants who want to work alongside her.
She enjoys playing video games, listening to music, watching movies, participating in various social activities, and she is also keen to visit the swimming pool. She has epilepsy and uses a wheelchair but can walk with support and communicates with single words and signs. Oxygen is available at home to meet her medical needs.
The position is a part-time hourly contract that includes day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekend work. It is important that you are a flexible person who can step in on short notice.
In addition, we are also looking for someone who is interested in and capable of taking on greater responsibility within the group. Are you a confident and organized person who enjoys leading others? Then there is an opportunity, in addition to your role as an assistant, to also work as a team leader. This role includes responsibilities such as staffing and acting as a contact person for the staff group—of course, with additional compensation for that responsibility.
Your tasks:
Your tasks will include medication management, assisting and supporting her with daily activities, personal hygiene, and helping with various social activities.
What are we looking for in you?
To thrive in this role, we see that you are a calm, stress-resistant, driven, and proactive woman. You should also be attentive, able to work independently, and possess qualities of empathy and active listening. Previous experience in similar work or related education is an advantage, but personal chemistry is highly significant, and it's important that you get along well together.
• Good physical condition and comfort in water.
• A driver's license and a car are advantageous.
• Non-smoking during working hours.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Scope & Work arrangement:
• Start date: Immediate.
• Employment rate: Hourly contract as needed. Introductory shifts are offered at the beginning to give you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Working hours: Days, evenings, nights with on-call duties, and weekends.
What do we offer you?
Working as a personal assistant is more than just a job – it is a way to make everyday life easier for someone else while feeling that you contribute something important. We value your skills and commitment, and we see every individual as a valuable part of our team. With us, you will receive:
• Internal training to strengthen your skills and confidence in the role.

• Favorable employment conditions according to collective agreements.
