Do you want to be a part of my daily life? I am usually a cheerful 35-year-old woman who needs help and guidance to make my everyday life function. I am now looking for assistants who want to work with me to create as independent and valuable a life as possible based on my circumstances. I live in my own apartment in Falun. Together with my assistants, I enjoy watching movies, crafting, and going on trips in my car. On some days, when it works for me, we go to DV. Your tasks will involve helping me in my daily life, including personal care, assistance with dressing and undressing, household chores, cooking, and supporting me with various activities both in and outside the home. I am now looking for someone who can start working extra with me as needed but who is also open to becoming part of my regular team. With me, you will work a 24-hour shift from 09:00 to 09:00 with double assistance. One person will be awake during the shift while the other will have downtime. Who are you? As an assistant, you are calm and gentle, with good patience, a cheerful demeanor, and a sense of humor. For me, personal chemistry is important; I need to feel that you care about me and genuinely want to be with me; otherwise, it won’t work. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team where many have worked with me for a long time. I feel most comfortable with female assistants, preferably with experience in autism, as this helps you understand me better, but your personal qualities are absolutely the most important to me. It is essential that you are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and that you communicate clearly and directly, as this makes it easier for me to understand.
