Sydassistans is now seeking an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a lively, positive, social, and active 24-year-old girl who, due to her disabilities, requires round-the-clock assistance, including overnight shifts. You will be an important part of her daily life and help her live a meaningful and active life. The girl enjoys music, dance, swimming, and play. You will, among other things, assist the girl at her daily activity center, help plan and structure her day, assist with communication, etc.
Sydassistans follows the collective agreement for personal assistants negotiated by Fremia.

Since its establishment in 1994, Sydassistans AB has arranged personal assistance for people with disabilities in southern Sweden. One of our tasks as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants. With the guiding principles of Safety, Respect, and Quality of Life, we work to help our clients live as normal a life as possible despite their disabilities. Currently, we employ approximately 350 personal assistants. At Sydassistans, we offer our employees training relevant to working with their specific client.
The personal assistant's contribution is of great importance to our client's overall living situation. In the role of a personal assistant, you help your client with the parts of life they would have done themselves if possible. As a personal assistant, you become highly significant in the client's life.
