RESPONSIBILITIES Tibro Municipality is seeking a personal assistant for one of our service users. The work involves being the extended arm of a person with disabilities, helping them with what they need or want to do but cannot manage independently due to their disability. In addition to helping with personal hygiene, household tasks, and meals, the role also includes accompanying the individual and assisting them with their daily planned activities and activation. QUALIFICATIONS • You are a certified nursing assistant or have completed equivalent training that the employer considers comparable. • Personal suitability is crucial. • Experience is meritorious. • Driving license B is required. You should be a calm and secure person with great patience and sensitivity. It is important that you are not afraid of responsibility since you will work alone. However, it is also important to be able to collaborate and work towards the same goals as a team. For this work, it is crucial that you are attentive to the service user's communication.
