Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance, founded by the current owners in the early 1990s. We work based on a clear and explicit value foundation, and our primary drive is to create the best conditions for personalized personal assistance tailored to each individual's unique needs. Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, and our customers and employees are located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's head office is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now seeking a personal assistant for a customer living in Upplands Väsby.
I am a 59-year-old man living in Bredden, Upplands Väsby.
I would describe myself as a social person with many interests, but my greatest interest is motorsport. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, either at home or at a nice restaurant occasionally. Since a motorcycle accident, I am now wheelchair-bound and in need of personal assistance.
The assistants working with me are a cheerful and tight-knit group who enjoy each other's company but now need expansion. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to work part-time but is flexible and can step in when needed. Work shifts are during the day, evening, and weekend.
Work tasks as a personal assistant include helping with meal situations, personal hygiene, mobility, and typical household chores.
Having a driver's license is a plus.
About the Position
The employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, with hourly wages. Work hours vary according to the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends.
Salary and other employment terms according to the Collective Agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
