You should be able to work independently, help keep the home in order, and ideally enjoy cooking good meals.
It is important to be empathetic, work motivationally, and have an understanding of the client's needs and daily condition.
When necessary, you should be able to work on your own initiative and be open to helping the client integrate into society.
For the client, it is important to have a strong work ethic and understand the importance of continuity and structure.
You should preferably have experience working with people and understand what it means to work in someone else's home.
An extra plus if you have previously worked with moving/lifting, as there will be lifting (with aids) and some work tasks that may be perceived as physically demanding.
Work will be scheduled during daytime, evening, and on-call shifts.
The job requires good Swedish language skills, both in speaking and comprehension.
