Personal Assistant for Man in his 60s

OP Assistans is Seeking a Personal Assistant for a Social and Friendly Man We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a social and pleasant man in his 60s. The client works part-time as a teacher, leads an active life, and is seeking someone who can keep up with his pace. He is sports-enthusiastic, enjoys meeting friends, attending concerts and other events. A homemaker who takes care of household tasks and works in the garden. Since you will spend a lot of time together, often engaging in various activities, we are seeking someone who thrives in social contexts and is open to a dynamic workplace with varied tasks. About the Position: The client has a spinal cord injury, and as a personal assistant, you will support him in his daily life. This may include everything from mobility assistance, personal care, and support with various tasks, both inside and outside the home, as well as at the client's workplace. Scope: Hourly temporary positions with the ability to fill in as needed. Work hours are arranged in 24-hour shifts. We Are Seeking Someone Who: • Has a big heart and wants to work with people • Is active and can participate in various activities • Is a non-smoker • Has excellent communication skills and handles the Swedish language very well • Preferably has experience in healthcare and care (but not a requirement, personal suitability is most important) • Holds a Class B driver's license • Can work 24-hour shifts We Offer: • A secure employment with collective agreement • Contract insurances including accident compensation, pension, workplace injury insurance, and group life insurance • Health and wellness allowance of 2,500 kr per year • Training opportunities, including: - Team Olivia's Assistant Training - Ergonomics and Mobility Training - CPR Training Personal assistance should feel safe, respectful, and simple – a natural part of life where the client is in control.
