We are seeking personal assistants for a woman in Örebro. The work is varied and includes personal care as well as everyday household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping. The personal chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the woman are crucial for the quality and experience of the work. Working hours vary between day and evening. The workplace is located at the client's home or wherever the client is currently located.

Who are you as an applicant?
We are looking for someone with personal suitability for the assignment. You are around 35 years old. You are responsible, empathetic, and attentive. It is important that you are both punctual and able to keep times, but also flexible enough to occasionally cover staffing gaps. We seek someone who is confident and comfortable taking initiative. Important qualities for the assignment are respect, empathy, commitment, and protecting the woman's personal integrity. We also prefer someone with an active lifestyle, as the woman enjoys exercise.
You will receive training and introduction to medical tasks and ongoing skills development based on the assignment's needs.
Requirements for this assignment are:
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Being a non-smoker
About the Position
This position starts immediately with a service degree of approximately 40%. Working hours are spread across daytime, evening, and weekends.
