**Personal Assistant Wanted for a Woman in Need of Daily Support**
We are currently seeking more personal assistants for a wheelchair-bound woman who communicates independently but requires assistance with most aspects of her daily life.
As her assistant, you will be her extended arms and legs—a reassuring presence that helps her live life on her own terms. Your tasks will include support during transfers, personal care, household chores, and activities outside the home. You will assist and support her in all aspects of her daily life. Your workplace will be wherever the client is, and your overall responsibility will be to assist the client in living the life she desires. There are pets in the home, so you should not be allergic to animals.
It is important that you are attentive, patient, and respectful, as she values her privacy and prefers things to happen at her pace. You need to be able to read situations, listen to her wishes, and contribute both security and flexibility.
**We are looking for someone who:**
- Is responsible, attentive, and reliable
- Has good teamwork skills and can easily build trust
- Is calm, observant, and maintains a professional demeanor
- Is interested in working closely with a person and supporting her in daily life
- Has a driver's license and a car, as there is no public transport available to this location
Caring should be your strength, and attentiveness your ability. You should also have the courage to be present and take responsibility. Experience in personal assistance or care is advantageous, but your personality and attitude are the most important.
**About the Employment**
- Substitute positions available immediately to fill in at short notice when the regular assistant is sick or on leave
- Hourly employment with the possibility of longer-term employment
- Working hours are day shifts with on-call duty at night
