We are seeking a new personal assistant for our client in Eskilstuna Our client is a woman in her 40s who needs a secure, cheerful, and engaged person by her side during the day. Our client enjoys walks, singing, dancing, crafting, and doing various activities. Additionally, the work involves supporting her with various everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking, personal hygiene, and household chores. We are looking for someone who: • Has experience with personal assistance or similar care experience. • Has an excellent command of the Swedish language. • Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism is meritorious. To be suitable for the role, we believe you should have a soft approach and be outgoing and positive. You have good planning skills, enjoy solving problems creatively, and are resourceful. You always prioritize the client and take responsibility for completing work according to their needs and wishes with high quality. Working hours and employment scope: The position is approximately 9 hours/week on average, distributed every other week. The shift is from 10:00 on Saturday to 10:00 on Sunday. Nighttime on-call duty is approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes. Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement. Start date: Immediate Recruitment and interviews are ongoing.
