We are seeking a female assistant for our client in Eskilstuna! Our client is a 32-year-old woman who enjoys an active daily life. Her interests include going for walks, listening to music & singing. In your role as a personal assistant, you will provide support in daily activities such as cooking, household chores, hygiene, and more. You should have a gentle approach and good planning skills. We expect you to always prioritize the client and work to ensure smooth group interactions. Our client also needs assistance from someone who can provide motivation in a playful manner. We offer a position as needed, to cover potential absences, with shifts during day, evening, night with on-call time, and weekend shifts. We are looking for someone who: • Has experience in personal assistance or similar care experience, preferably nursing education. Alternatively, pedagogical education and experience. • Is a non-smoker • Has excellent Swedish language skills. Having a driver's license and access to a car is desirable. The work is considered physically light but will be active with requested activities. Working hours and employment scope: Varying hours day/evening/night and weekends. Nights include on-call shifts, and the schedule may involve long work periods. The client attends daily activities 3 days a week, during which no assistance is required.
