Job Description
Would you like to join our team and work as a personal assistant for our male client living in Hönö?
The client has an acquired brain injury, resulting in weakness in his left arm and leg. He faces cognitive challenges, including impaired sense of time, and has aphasia, which means he experiences some difficulties with speech.
As a personal assistant, you will support him in daily activities such as personal hygiene, communication, mobility, dressing and undressing, as well as household tasks. The work is based on an implementation plan and clear routines. You will also assist him in activities he enjoys, such as going for walks. He likes to be outdoors every day, regardless of the weather, so it is an advantage if you also enjoy being outside. Other interests include music and sports.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is responsible, social, calm, and has a professional demeanor. Experience in personal assistance or working with individuals with aphasia is advantageous. Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement to ensure you can understand the client and support him in communicating with the outside world.

Additional Information
• Employment Type: As long as the assistance assignment lasts
• Working Hours: Day, evening, and weekend. On weekdays, shifts are from 8:40 AM to 8:30 PM; on weekends, they are from 9:10 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Employment Rate: Part-time
• Start Date: By agreement
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
