2U Assistans is a private assistance provider for individuals with various types of disabilities who require additional support and services in their daily lives. Our motto is "We want to and can do better," something we strive for daily together with our clients and employees. A crucial part of this work is maintaining good communication between administrative staff, personal assistants, and our clients, where prompt and quality service is fundamental. As an employee with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and entitled to a wellness allowance.
The Position
We need to strengthen our team and are looking for a personal assistant for a 17-year-old boy who enjoys playing video games, using an iPad, hanging out at the mall, shopping, etc. He lives in a large, adapted villa with his family in eastern Mölndal. He is wheelchair-bound, and your task will be to support him when his disability sets limits. You will be his extended arms and legs and will assist with everything that may arise in his daily life, such as dressing, feeding, medication, personal care, and activities. On weekdays, he attends school, and 1-2 weekends a month, he stays at a short-term accommodation.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who has a good rapport with children/youth and wants to make a difference for someone else. The role of a personal assistant places high demands on you to build good relationships with both the boy and his family. We seek someone who is social and accustomed to taking responsibility. As an assistant, you need to be a reliable and stable person who is close to him.
Meritorious for This Position
- Previous experience working with children/youth
- Experience in similar work and familiarity with assistive devices
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Completed upper secondary education
Working Hours and Employment Rate
Working hours are:
Mon-Fri 16:00-21:00 or 16:00-09:00, as well as weekends. Night shifts may occur.
Working hours can be adjusted to some extent according to your circumstances.
The employment rate can vary between 50-100%. There is great flexibility.
There is also the possibility of continued employment after the summer.
