NyKraft is a privately owned LSS company providing personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal interaction, which is why most of our customers and employees are located in Falkenberg. Our goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a customer with NyKraft, you are provided with individualized assistance designed together with the customer according to their needs. The customer is involved in recruitment and the final selection of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective bargaining agreement. Job Description: We are now seeking additional personal assistants for an energetic young man. Our customer uses a wheelchair and is 23 years old, living with his parents in Falkenberg. The client has a mental developmental variation and epilepsy, and is tube-fed. He requires assistance with all aspects of daily life and needs comprehensive care around the clock. Double assistance is required during the day. He understands everything you say but lacks verbal speech, instead using sounds and signs to communicate. It is important that you are calm, engaged, attentive, and confident. Maintaining routines while being flexible is crucial. He loves going for walks or driving in his car. A driver's license is desirable. Excellent Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing are required. Work hours: day, afternoon/evening, and every other weekend. Previous experience in personal assistance is a significant advantage.
