Would you like to work as a personal assistant and add a touch of gold to people's lives? Personal assistance is a service provided under LSS (the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individualized support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance due to needing help with one or more fundamental needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You will respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to ensuring a smooth daily routine. About the Position Our client is a 65-year-old woman living with her husband in Kristianstad. As a personal assistant, you will work with personal care, hygiene, medication management, healthcare coordination, household support, and more. The client has a physical disability with chronic pain, which means she uses a wheelchair and requires various assistive devices. She also has ADHD, so routines and clear communication are crucial. Beyond care, you will help create a meaningful day based on the client's interests, such as creative activities and crafts at home. This is a part-time position with potential for future full-time employment. Work hours are 07:00-17:30 and 21:00-09:00, with on-call time from 00:30-06:00 on weekdays and weekends. We are seeking candidates who match the following criteria: • Personal suitability and good chemistry with the client are most important, but experience in healthcare or personal assistance is also valued. Education is a plus. • Non-smoker. • We prefer candidates with life experience. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proactive, attentive, and excellent communicator. Additional advantageous qualifications: • Valid B driver's license • Experience with Bipap (Breathing machine) • Experience with mobility aids Significant emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
