Personal Assistant to a Man in Hurva

About the Role

We are now looking for personal assistants for our client in Hurva. We seek individuals who have prior experience as a personal assistant, are curious about new challenges, and can work either full-time or part-time according to a schedule.

It is important for us that you connect well with the client. You are an empathetic person, attentive to the client’s needs and wishes, and you respect their privacy. You collaborate easily with others and are responsible in your work.

For the client, it is crucial that you can be motivating and encourage them when necessary, while also being sensitive and knowing when to take a step back. In your work, we prefer that you can read the room easily and adapt to the day's circumstances, as spontaneity is part of everyday life. It is important for this assignment to be physically strong as heavier lifting is involved, and it is also advantageous if you have had experience with lifting in previous positions. If you have experience or knowledge in areas such as physiotherapy, this is a merit. The client has both a dog and a cat at home, so it is beneficial if you are comfortable with animals and have an interest in them.

The client’s interests include cars, music, cooking, and musicals. We hope you share one or more of these interests, as these will be activities that take place weekly and where you will be an important part.

Responsibilities

• Tasks typical for the profession, which can range from individualized care to household chores.
• Assistance is primarily provided in the client’s home but also includes accompanying the client on activities outside the home.
• You will work supportively and motivatively.
• Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
