About the Client
We are seeking a committed personal assistant for an autistic man in his mid-twenties. He lives in his own apartment and needs support managing daily life and participating in activities. Kind and stable individuals are encouraged to apply to contribute to a secure and structured everyday life.
Work Tasks and Responsibilities
As a personal assistant, you will:
- Participate in activities and social events
- Assist with daily routines such as personal hygiene and dressing
- Prepare meals and support cooking
- Perform household work and other practical tasks
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with persons with autism and low-affect interaction is meritorious, but not required
- Ability to create a calm and stable environment
- Good collaboration skills
- Class B driver's license
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
About the Position
The position is 75% employment on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Double assistance is provided during these times.
