We are currently seeking engaging and caring personal assistants to support an active 20-year-old man with neuropsychiatric disorders in northern Stockholm. We are looking for one assistant and envision that you are positive, active, attentive, and self-assured, as well as fluent in Swedish and non-smoking. Your responsibilities will include providing personal assistance in daily life, doing so with responsibility and positive energy!
We are primarily seeking substitutes for extra work, with the possibility of more permanent employment in the long term if everything goes well. Working hours are during the day and evenings on weekdays.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant
• Experience working with neuropsychiatric disorders
• Clear and structured
Personal qualities
• Calm, patient, and self-assured.
• Good collaborative skills and respect for routines and structure.
• Attentive and observant – able to interpret non-verbal communication.
• Ability to handle stress and work in a low-arousal manner in challenging situations.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team (double assistance).
The work is normally based in Vallentuna/Täby in Stockholm but may also take place in other locations during activities.
