We are now looking for more assistants to join our wonderful team in Horred!
Our little star enjoys going out and engaging in various activities such as visiting the swimming pool, taking walks with the Crocodile (walker), visiting playgrounds, and more. The client has an activity schedule that the assistants follow.
The client attends school and finishes at 14:40 on weekdays. It is important that you, as a caregiver, have drive and commitment, as it is essential for him to receive both social and physical stimulation in his daily life.
For us, it is important that you connect well with the client you will be working with and that you are attentive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's privacy.
You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make independent decisions and take initiative to relieve family members. You are responsible and have a knack for collaboration. You are skilled at motivating others and enjoy an active lifestyle.
Your responsibilities:
Tasks relevant to the profession.
This can range from individualized care to household chores.
Assistance is provided from the client's home but also includes accompanying them on activities outside the home.
You will work in a supportive and motivating manner.
For this position, applicants must have a driver's license.
Working hours:
Morning shifts on weekdays: 06:30 - 08:30
Evening shifts on weekdays: 14:30 - 20:00, Fridays until approximately 18:30.
We are looking for hourly substitutes with the possibility of a permanent position. During school holidays, the client requires more assistance hours, and there is also the opportunity to work on weekends.
